Judy Stanton: If you love tennis and have
watched Andre Agassi over the years, you will really enjoy reading about his
life story. Who knew? Watching tennis, you wonder what's going on inside the player's
head, and his book gives you some insights into "what is he/she thinking?" At the end,
Agassi gives credit to writer J.R. Moehringer for helping him write the book.
I enjoyed his book, The Tender Bar, and can see him relating to Agassi's story.
The "behind the scenes" look from Agassi's perspective about Jimmy Connors, Roger Federer,
Pete Sampras, and others is very interesting.
Not a great piece of literature, but interesting nonetheless.
